Easter Egg Hunt

Easter  is coming - it really is!
Plan now to hunt for the eggs on the lawn here at St. Tim's immediately following the 10 a.m. service.
All are welcome to join in the fun but kids 0 - 5th grade will be hunting for the eggs.

Win an IPod Touch!

Thanks to a very generous donation, we will be offering a prize to the youth that has the best attendance this year. Starting in November, everyone will get a point for coming to Sunday school, Youth group, and for bringing a friend to each of these. In May, whoever has the most points will win an IPod Touch! Good luck. See you on Sunday!

Children's Ministries:

Sunday Mornings Worship Time - Join us for a whole new way to worship our Lord. Children and adults are invited to sing songs, clap, dance, pray and praise God downstairs every Sunday at 10 a.m. It is a great way for families to worship together. We come upstairs to the Sanctuary for the peace and communion. Every Sunday, downstairs, at 10 a.m.

First Look, Infants to Kindergarten - What if every child could learn 3 truths before they were 4 years old? GOD MADE ME. GOD LOVES ME. JESUS WANTS TO BE MY FRIEND FOREVER. We believe learning these things before the age of 4 sets the foundation for a wonderful spiritual life. The nursery and pre-K Sunday school classes will use the First Look lessons to give even the smallest learners a big experience. Family take home sheets with "car time", "bath time", "cuddle time" and "play time" ideas give parents wonderful ways to share the experiences with their children at home.

252 Basics, 1st - 6th Grade
- The Elementary kids have a hang out place of their own to meet and play games for the first part of 252 Basics. We understand that fellowship time is not only fun, but helps build strong Christian relationships that can last a lifetime! So, games we will play! After the "plug-in" time at the beginning, we will move to the activity room where all of the lessons will focus on introducing 3 main goals: I NEED TO MAKE THE WISE CHOICE. I CAN TRUST GOD NO MATTER WHAT. I SHOULD TREAT OTHERS THE WAY I WANT TO BE TREATED.

4:12, 6th -12th Grade - The Youth of St. Tim's strive to follow the words found in 1 Timothy 4:12- Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. To help get us to this goal, we have Sunday morning small group discussions about topics that are important to the youth. We will be using XP3 lessons this year to teach 3 main things: I AM CREATED TO PURSUE AN AUTHENTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CREATOR. I EXIST EVERY DAY TO DEMONSTRATE GOD'S LOVE TO A BROKEN WORLD. I BELONG TO JESUS CHRIST AND DEFINE WHO I AM BY WHAT HE SAYS. We also meet on the last Sunday of every month after church and through out the year for fun events. Outreach and ministry are an important part of 4:12 and we strive to help the church, community and world. Some of our past activities have included: Guitar hero/Rock band tournament, 30 hour famine, Passion play for Palm Sunday service, Christmas pageant, Easter egg hunt for children, Swim in movie and campout and more.

Fun Children's Events - Family Christmas Party with Santa, Christmas Pageant, Vacation Bible School, Mardi Gras Party, Summer Fun Picnic, Celebration Sunday, Easter Egg Hunt and more!

Adult Christian Education:

Bible Study - A series of in depth studies are conducted through out the church year with opportunity for thoughtful dialouge surrounding the topics under study.  These 6 to 9 week study sessions take place on Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings.
